Spaghetti al Funghi

This recipe is a fully satisfying meal that can be done in 15 minutes, and is a perfect recommendation for busy people who don't want to waive good nutrition. Give up on instant noodles and give real Italian food a try. The preparation is easy and success promised ;-)



Ingredients:
  • 250gr spaghetti or any other pasta
  • 50gr mushrooms out of the glass, you can choose your favorite !
  • one clove of garlic
  • 2 spring onions
  • 30gr butter
  • 50ml white wine
  • 80ml vegetable broth
  • 100gr mascarpone or creme fraiche
  • salt & pepper
  • a little parsley to garnish



How to prepare:

1) Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packaging, simultaneously place the mushrooms on a sieve and let the water drain.
2) Cut the garlic and spring onions. 
3) Saute/fry the garlic,spring onions and mushrooms in a pan with medium heat and butter.
4) After 5 minutes, add mascarpone, white wine, broth and let it cook for another 3 minutes.
5) Season your sauce with salt and pepper.
6) To serve your delicious cooking, give the hot noodles on a dish, add sauce on top, garnish with chopped parsley et voila - bon appetite ^^
