Ingredients:
- 500 gr fresh salmon (steak or filet)
- 500gr broccoli
- 200 gr pasta ( fusili or your favourite )
- 100 gr fresh shrimps
- 50 gr butter
- 1 lemon
- 120 ml vegetable broth
- 120 ml white wine
- 30 gr crab paste ( for stronger seafood flavor )
- 80 gr creme fraiche
- salt & pepper
1) First of all, pre-heat your oven to 180 degree Celsius
2) Wash and slice the broccoli into small sprouts, then put it into salty, cooking water for about 4 minutes. Take the broccoli out and cool it in a bowl with cold water and ice cubes (in order to preserve the fresh, green colour! ).
3) Use the same water to cook your chosen pasta according to the instruction on their packaging.
4) Cut the salmon into small bites and slightly fry it butter. Then take the salmon out and flavor it with fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper.
5) Add wine and broth to what is remaining in your pan. Let it cook until enough water evaporated to get a non-watery texture and stir in the crab paste.
6) Reduce the heat to carefully add the creme fraiche together with a pinch of salt and pepper.
7) The last step is the easiest ;-) Mix the noodles, broccoli, salmon & shrimp together in your casserole, then pour over the sauce. Place the casserole in your oven not more than 15 min et voila !
