The Main Ingredients are:
- Sea Bass
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Asparagus
- Onion
- Cashew Nuts
- Ginger
- Basil
- Chili
- Soy Sauce
- Jasmin Rice
Instructions:
For the fish
- fry on skin with high temperature for about 4 minutes
For the vegetables
- Stir fry the diced carrots, broccoli and asparagus together with onion,ginger and cashew nuts until you smell the roasted aromas. Add then the soy sauce, a pinch of sugar and stir for one minute . Feel free to add pepper and chilli as you wish. The Rice should be prepared according to the package instructions, but we recommend to use Jasmin rice because its flavor is unmistakable to all DIY gourmets :-)
Serve the fish, vegetables and rice together on one plate and garnish with tasty Basil leaves.
