Pumpkin Lasagna With White Sauce





This mouthwatering French-Italian fusion dish is an exceptional choice for many occasions. 
No matter whether as family or romantic candlelight dinner, you and your guests will be enchanted by its creative taste composition and seductive aromas. 
The preparation should not take more than half an hour and is suitable for every DIY home cooker !

Simply follow the following steps:
  1. Make sure you have all the Ingredients ready:
  • ~ 10 Lasagna Sheets
  •  350g diced Pumpkin
  • Pasta Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • 50g Flour 
  • 50g Butter
  • 600ml Milk
  • a pinch of nutmeg, a little sage
    2. Fry the Pumpkin, Nutmeg, Sage together with Salt and Pepper in Olive Oil. Occasionally add a little water to ensure the pumpkin gets cooked thoroughly.
    3.For the Sauce, melt and mix the Butter with a pinch of Salt & Pepper, Milk and Flour - Make sure to stir until the surface is smooth and no Flour Lumps remain.
    4. Finally, choose your favorite, oven-proofed ( double check that !) form and sequentially add at first your creamy Sauce, then Cheese and on top a layer of Lasagna Sheets as cover. Repeat this step until you reached 3/4 of your form's height and remember that the last layer should be Cheese.
    20 minutes at 180 degree Celsius should do the trick ^^
